Philanthropic gifts from you and others like you -- guests, alumni, friends, and people in the community -- are transforming the Camp Brosius landscape.
Since the School of Health & Human Sciences was entrusted with camp management responsibilities by the IU Board of Trustees in 2005, significant investments have been made with help from IU and our generous donors. So much has been accomplished during the last 5−10 years, and it's all been done thanks to donors and friends like you.
- The boat dock near the Sputh Round House was redone
- New dining hall patio, Inn entryway, and lighting
- The wooden stairs from Efroymson Hall to the dining hall were replaced with concrete stairs
In addition to facility progress and achievement of annual self-sustainability, long-term philanthropic support is key to camp's future success.
In 2022, generous donors created an endowment that solidifies possibilities and creates opportunities for camp's future. The endowment helps us be able to offset the costs associated with running camp, and our goal is for the endowment to reach $1 million.
We understand that you have many choices for charitable giving. For all who have given, and for those who will give in the future, we thank you for choosing to contribute to Camp Brosius. Every gift adds up and makes such a difference. You have our pledge that we will be faithful stewards of your kind generosity.
