Special Events

Planning a retreat, reunion, business meeting, conference, or party? Camp Brosius may be able to help. We can accommodate groups as large as 120 for special events from March through November (with exception of during college and family camps). 

Groups can enjoy full access of our waterfront and boats, utilize our low-ropes course, access multiple buildings, build campfires, and more. Our contracted caterers will work with you directly to plan buffet-style meals and accommodate special dietary needs.

Linens may be provided at an additional cost. Most groups ask guests to bring their own sleeping bags, pillows, and towels to avoid laundry service costs, which can be substantial for large groups.

We have limited wireless internet service, laptops, projectors, and a screen to assist with business meetings or family reunion slide shows. 

Special note: to host an event at Camp Brosius, you may be required to carry your own insurance policy with minimum university-mandated coverage requirements met. These policies are typically inexpensive and help protect you during your event.
